The room was nicely decorated and brand-new with good amenities. Everyone was attentive and absolutely courteous. The location was incredible, for example, Town Hall Square was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The indoor restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was the best part.

when i am in kaunas, i like staying here. this small hotel offers a great selection of good sized and extremely pleasant rooms. the staff is highly courteous and excellent. it has favourable and absolutely perfect location walking distance from a historic funicular. also it is near to all the sightseeing places and bars and the old town center. the indoor restaurant serves great food.

My room was great-sized and extremely pleasant and had a carpet and a coffee table. The location was particularly good and perfect, you can visit Church of Jesuites by walking.

The fitness system included in this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, perfect for both work and sleep. the breakfast, while not exceptional, provided necessary calories and some vitamins for staying active throughout the day.

Charming staff, good views of the cathedral, everything is great. The room is clean and absolutely perfect with a delightful decor. Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from a medieval Gothic castle. It's set in a lovely area.

Very friendly, nice and language skilled staff. Hotel was very flexible with our special requests (late arrival, late check-out etc.). It was luxury to have a free parking right next to the main door. :)

Yes, it was not the hotel that was advertised when we booked it. The first morning although we arrived at breakfast a hour before closing there was no milk for our cereal. We asked for milk, as we had filled our bowls with cereal and were told there was no milk. No attempt to get any milk was made by the staff. Our beds wern't made on the Saturday morning and the hotel had no bar or restaurant as was advertised before we booked it. We asked for extra pillers as we only had one each (there were three of us) These pillars ere never given to us. Also the name was changed after we booked the hotel and this wasn't made known to us until we arrived at the hotel.
